We understand that schedules can change. However, to provide quality service to all our clients, we require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price.

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, if your lateness affects our ability to provide your scheduled service or impacts other clients, we may need to reschedule or adjust your service accordingly.
